I have unfortunately lost the dongle for this mouse, purchased in 2016. Is there a replacement dongle that can be paired with this mouse?

Yes pairing is still possible via Blueetoth or with the following Logitech Unifying receiver adapter. Logitech Unifying software must be installed for the mouse to pair with the receiver.
