Question about Delock KVM switch 2
I have two laptops connected to the switch, both via DP. There is also a transmitter/receiver for a wireless mouse/keyboard in a USB port. My (only) monitor is connected to the switch via HDMI. One of the laptops works, one doesn't - here the mouse and keyboard work, but the image is not displayed on the monitor. Can anyone help?
Newly delivered and display port 1 defective. Annoying, as the device is urgently needed for work....
Have you switched the switch to the laptop that is not displayed and then restarted this laptop?
Correction, sorry. The laptop that is not shown is connected via an HDMI-DP converter cable. Is that the reason?
