I have the Tab s9 ultre (brand new) and it only charges normally with this cable, because Fast charging only flashes briefly every 5s and it cannot charge properly. Port is clean, plug is mounted correctly, is not connected to the socket, does not work with the cable from this set or with the original that came with the Tabs9 ultra.

It loads perfectly for me. 
I suspect that it is due to the device. 
You have a warranty if it's new. Contact the dealer.
