I have owned the projector for 6 months now and use it as my normal TV. Now I've noticed that YouTube, for example, only runs at 1080p and I can't play the video in a higher resolution, although it works on my notebook. I also have an Nvidia Shield Pro connected and it doesn't work on this device either. Netflix or other streaming suppliers such as Prime or Disney Plus do not display a high-resolution image either. Is this due to the device (settings) or something else?

I think the problem is due to the type of HDMI cable not transmitting enough data, my projector is connected with a 10 metre long HDMI cable and receives data from the Nvdia Schield Pro decoder, in 4 k with dolby vision
