Question about Dell WD19
I have bought 2 Dell WD19 Type-C and have the following phenomenon with both: In the evening I shut down the Dell notebook and the 2 connected 32 inch Samsung screens go dark. When I start the notebook again in the morning, the screens do not start automatically although they are in standby. I have to reactivate both screens with the on button. I also have an HP Elitebook with DOC, which works normally. Can anyone help me?
We have also had problems with the Dell docks. Try switching off the power to the WD19. And not just for 10 seconds, 1 minute or 5, but at least 10. For us, that usually helped.
