I have been using the chair for about 4 weeks now - Mon-Fri for about 8 hours a day.
Basically, it was a great purchase - I would definitely do it again.
But since today or yesterday, something on the base has been squeaking and creaking when I sit on it or stand up, and it's quite annoying. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a remedy? - Or is it even a warranty case?

I have just solved the problem myself. Tightened all the screws once and the squeak is gone. Two of the screws that connect the substructure to the seat had loosened minimally - that was enough to make it squeak.
Maybe this will help someone else.
