I have already bought the monitor and set it up. However, I cannot use the 240hz. I have an RTX 2080Ti installed in my PC, the monitor is connected via HDMI cable. I previously had an Acer monitor connected to the same cable, also with 240Hz, where this rate worked. Is there anything I need to do or is my product defective?

Use the DisplayPort cable.

2. plug into graphics card slot and not main board!!!!!!!!

Theoretically it's not possible to turn on 240hz with hdmi you have to use displayport and if it still doesn't work you have to switch to 1920x1080 and then to 240hz in nividia control panel
