I have a question about the Sonos Multiroom system.
I would like to replace my old Sony stereo system, as it is bound to one room.
My goal would be to have the radio come on in the whole flat in the morning (preferably DAB+, but since no Multiroom system supports this standard, web radio will also do). I have always switched off my smartphone overnight, which is why the speakers cannot be activated by it.

Would this be feasible? Or can you recommend another Multiroom system (many of my devices are from Sony, for example)? Since I don't use Google Assistant or any other voice assistant, I don't necessarily need a system with integrated microphones... :)

Just tested the whole thing with my Sonos One.... You can set an alarm clock to start your desired radio station (e.g. via tuneIn) via the Sonos. This also works with the mobile phone switched off, as the configuration is saved in the Sonos system. If you have any further questions, I would be happy to test this for you, as I have two Sonos One Gen. 2.
