I have a mag 4K 254, my remote control broke, so I bought this new model, but it doesn't connect to the box, what should I do?

Hello, the Mag 254 model from infomir is not a 4k box. You have the Mag 420 and 425 which have a 4k resolution. In any case this remote control is compatible with the Mag 250, 254, 256, 322 and 351. In any case you can ask yourself if it is not the box that has an infrared problem or if the box you have is an original because as I say to my knowledge (maybe I'm wrong) Infomir has not made a version of the 254 in 4k.

Thank you for your reply.
On my box it says STB Model:MAG-4KUHD-20.04.2016-254, so I deduced that it was a 254.
