I have a copper connection from Wingo and want to replace the router. Is it possible to set this up as the main router and get rid of the Wingo router? As soon as the connection is switched to fibre at some point, I can switch to SFP.

Unfortunately, with your current copper connection, you cannot use the UCG-Fiber directly as your main router on the telephone line, as this requires a VDSL/G.Fast modem. Once your connection has been upgraded to fibre, you’ll be able to use the UCG-Fiber via the SFP port or a compatible module, depending on the fibre technology used.
