Question about Delock S-ATA closed (USB 3.0, USB 2.0)
I have a Blu-Ray drive that I want to use with this adapter. Can it work with both USB cables on the PC if the drive needs 1.9A current at 5V?

This is normally only sufficient for hard drives and not for a Bluray drive. USB2.0 delivers max. 500mA at 5V and USB3.0 max. 900mA at 5V. So the total is only 1.4A. I recommend to buy an external optical drive directly or the following product: ICY BOX IB-550StU3S , 5.25" Alu Enclosure, SATA, USB 3.0 (3.5", 5.25")
