I have a 2 year old Think Center and am considering buying the monitor as a replacement for the old one. Helpful answer
The Think Centre's processor graphics support 4096x2304@60Hz. If you convert this, 3840x1080@120Hz should be possible, as the bandwidth is lower at this resolution. You may need to manually configure the value in the Intel Graphics Control Room.
