I had a water damage with my DJI mini 2. Unfortunately, I can't remember which of the three batteries was in the drone during the accident. I have charged the batteries and they all show 4 glowing points. Now I don't dare to fly because the drone with the damaged battery might crash. Does anyone have any idea how I could find out which is the defective battery?

If you have charged the battery normally and nothing has happened nothing can happen for sure you could put the battery in rice to be on the safe side or fly with the drone but only 1 meter in the air until the battery is completely empty if it should crash then nothing will be broken from 1 meter height

With Airdata you can read DJI's log files and find out which battery was inserted at the time of the last flight.
