I don't understand exactly how to connect the fan hub correctly to the mainboard. The instructions from be quiet don't explain it sufficiently for me. It's about the cables from the mb_sys hub. One cable should be the 5V ARGB and one the 12V RGB. Now my question: Do I have to plug in both or just one? I was able to connect the 5V, but I don't know where the 12V is. Many thanks for the help

Hello,
From the HUB you only have two cables that you can connect to the MB.
In my case MB is TUF Gaming B550M-Plus.
One is for powering the fans (front and rear), (I connect it to "Chassis Fan2").
Another is for RGB, I connect it to ARGB, and I gave RGB control to AURA from ASUS, everything works.
Hope this helps.

ARGB and RGB are different, incompatible systems. This is also explained somewhere at be quiet! Here you have ARGB for the lighting. The other connector is for the fans. I actually only use the hub for the lighting (all 4 fans the same), but control the speeds individually to avoid interference, which I was able to get rid of most easily this way. To do this, I also had to change the fans to PWM in the BIOS.
