Question about Withings ScanWatch

I bought the watch approx. 2.5 years ago suddenly the heartbeat stopped working (approx. 3 months ago) beginning of July the watch became warm when it was wound and then nothing worked. I find it very strange that approx. 4 months after the guarantee expires (11.2021) the watch starts to have problems, which then became more acute. What can I do? The factory replies at the moment I can no longer make any positive publicity.
