Question about Razer Ripsaw HD

I bought the Razer Ripsaw. I have connected everything correctly to the PS 4 and installed it, but I can't get a picture signal on OBS or the screen, but the PC recognises the device and the screen also shows a sign of life on the HDMI connection. I have adjusted the picture settings using a tutorial but nothing helps. Can anyone help me?

Yes, I did that too, I found the error, the Ripsaw must be plugged into a USB 3.0 port, otherwise it doesn't work.

On the PS, under Settings -> System -> Activate HDCP, remove the tick (i.e. deactivate HDCP).
