I bought the Odyssey G9 and now I don't know which bracket to buy. The "Multibrackets gas joint W+T bracket" seems to hold it reliably and would have the advantage of being a bit longer than the Ergotron (I have a 90cm deep table top). However, the "tilt" function does not work because the monitor is too heavy. Is this also the case with the Ergotron? It's really hard for me to decide between these two. Thanks a lot

For the Samsung G9 you would have to buy this - https://www.ergotron.com/en-us.... But I can't find it anywhere in Switzerland, does anyone know where to buy it?

I have a 40-inch monitor weighing 11.3 kg (https://www.displayspecifications.com/en...) and a tabletop of 80 cm. I decided on the Ergotrom and have not regretted it. The monitor can be adjusted to all positions, including tilting and rotating.
Important: Since the arm ends at the edge at the back, the monitor cannot be moved backwards parallel to the edge of the table due to its construction. The front edge of my monitor projects between 18 and 20 cm onto the table. It is not possible to move it further back. Further to the front, of course, is up to you.
