I bought the MI5 Pro today and started the installation. Unfortunately, the 2nd selection screen shows ONLY China for the location. Can this be changed so that Switzerland appears?

This was also the case for me, I had to choose China, but I was able to change the location to Switzerland later in the settings. This setting only affects the MI account
