I bought a double pack of these devices in April 24. Setup and operation are simple and good. But now I've got a new modem from the network provider, my internet speed is no longer 500MBs but now 2GBs. The ASUS router, which is connected to the Sunrise modem, reports the full 2GBs Internet speed in the app, but I don't get a speed of more than 600MBs on any device in the network, whether WLAN or LAN So I can pull the LAN cable directly from the Sunrise modem to the computer and have 2GBs. If I take the LAN diversions via the ASUS router then the speed drops to 600MBs I have only minimal difference between LAN and WLAN My routers are located on two floors directly above each other and have not yet had to be connected with a LAN cable to deliver the 500MBs. But to be sure that it doesn't fail, I have also connected via cable. It hardly makes a difference and all the cables I use are CAT7 cables. Do the devices have a defect, do I have to send them back? Or do I just have to reset them completely?
