Question about DJI Air 2S Fly More Combo

Hallo, I've been having some problems with the batteries of my DJI Air 2S, the batteries discharge up to 50% in two weeks when I don't use the drone. I don't think this is normal, and I would like them to be changed. Thank you. Paulo Mor.

First, you are not supposed to fly that high due to obvious reasons (be mindful with this, you can cause a lot of damage 😉). Second, the device can give you up to 20-22 minutes battery life before it alerts you about your battery being 25% or depending where you set that value. If the battery is too low, it performs an emergency landing and that is only if you have enough battery for it.
