How do I proceed when replacing the old iPhone 4 with the iPhone 6s Plus? Do I have to replace the SIM card from the iPhone 4 or have it cut? Who can help me? Digitec hardly does this in the shop, does it? I really want to keep the old mobile phone number. Many thanks in advance for your advice.

Your provider (Swisscom, Sunrise, Salt, etc.) should be able to give you the sim card with the same number in the small size in the shop. Just ask there
