Hi, I have bought it here on 26.11.2023 and I tried to activate it today (26.02.2024) and it says: "This product key is no longer valid. ". It was not used, this would be the first activation. What happened, what should I do? Thanks!

I was stupid :/
I have ordered the same product in the same date in 2022 and 2023 too. One on digitec, one on galaxus. And I tried to activate with the old code, I forgot to check the exact date (year). It would be great somehow to merge these 2 orders list into one... or I should be more careful next time...
