Hi, my daughter already has an apple phone with her own sim and number. Should I contact her operator so that they can send her an e-sim? Will her phone still work with her usual sim? Thank you for your help.

If she already has a mobile subscription, her operator should in all likelihood be able to provide her with an eSIM so that she can use all the watch's functions.
