Since an update in August, Fast Charging no longer works on the Galaxy A15. According to the forums, it affects a wide range of customers. Do you have any information from Samsung about what the problem is and when it will be fixed?
Slow charging via USB-A cable works, slow charging via (double-sided) UBS-C cable sometimes works.

Unfortunately, we have not received any information on this. The manufacturers usually release another update to fix the errors, but we have no information on when this will be released.
It would also be helpful to report the error via the Samsung Members App so that Samsung can gather more information and solve the problem more quickly.
