Hello, My phone has been running Android 5.1 since I bought it and every time I look for a system update it tells me it's up to date... However in the manual it says Android 7. How do I update my device? Since the purchase no update has been detected, it is still considered as "up to date". The device is still under warranty. Thank you in advance.

If you can't update it from the settings then there may be a problem with the phone itself.
I don't know about this brand but generally all phones give the option to do a hard reset, this could potentially solve this problem. Usually this option is found in the advanced settings.
