Hello, Is it possible to connect the product to an external TV monitor/screen (like 43" or even more)? If so, what kind of screen? Thank you

From what I saw when I put it together, no.
No, this is not possible. The connection in the device does not run via a normal HDMI cable. However, there will probably be unofficial DIY solutions in the foreseeable future, as is usually the case in the 1Up_Fancomunity. But then it might make more sense to simply buy a lightgun for PC instead of the machine and then play lightgun games (such as the PSX version of 'Time Crisis') on a large TV or monitor using an emulator.
