I bought a revolt PB-648.dc (18000 mAh) power bank from you and it was at 0% on delivery according to the battery status indicator. I am now concerned that it may have been deeply discharged, which can lead to damaged cells or shorten the service life. At first it could only be charged via the DC input and now it can be charged normally.
My question: Is this normal for the batteries to be shipped discharged or should there not be some pre-charging? Because then I would send it back, but that makes no sense if the new one has 0% again. :-)

Unfortunately, we have no way of checking whether the power bank is supplied already charged. As a rule, this is not usual, but can occur in individual cases. If there is a defect, you can easily report it via our website.
