Hello, Has anyone managed to configure the bridge in bridge mode as a replacement for a Coneect Box 3 (Sunrise) with XGS-PON fibre?

The Connect Box 3 Fibre from Sunrise can NOT be switched to bridge mode. Not even when switching to IPv4.
Only the Connect Box 3 HFC (TV cable) offers a bridge mode.

There are enough confirmations about this at http://community.sunrise.ch/all

Hello sunrise support confirmed that it does not work with a pon-XGS because they have made sure that only connect box 3 fiber that they provide soot compatible and absolutely do not want to unlock the ability to do so for non-business customers.
They've also confirmed that the connect box 3 Fiber has the bridge mode function available, but they have to activate IPV4 on their side for it to work.

I could not get the Zyxel Bridge to work. I ordered a Nokia Bridge on Ebay, configured the MAC of my IB3 there and it runs without any activation etc. However, you can only find the Nokia Bridge on Ebay with a US power supply - I bought an adapter for it :)

Yes, that's exactly what I was using it for. However, Sunrise in Chur has changed the fibre connection. Now it no longer supports third-party hardware. I cancelled everything with Sunrise as a result. But to your question. Previously, the Swisscom connection in our house was used by Sunrise. The Zyxel Mac had to be deposited with Sunrise, then you needed the Sunrise activation code to activate the Swisscom connection in the house. Leave the Zyxel in router mode and connect a Clinet, the Zyxel should have a 100 IP on the glass. There is no website where you have to enter the code. I had to try 10-12 times, 8 of them because the code was wrong. Then the router behind the Zyxel had to be set to VLAN10, the Zyxel in the bridge and then it worked. The Zyxel only allowed me 5GB down and 600mb up. Was it the device or Sunrise? Ka.
