Hello! Although it was answered here several times that this device was a CH model, an EU model arrived today. Is there any way to exchange this for a Swiss model at no extra charge?

Hello Aluchaertli, the EU and CH models are exactly the same smartphone, Samsung does not produce the smartphones especially for such a small market as Switzerland....they produce continent-related.... it has a small sticker on the packaging which says for which countries your product is intended....AT,IT,ES,CH,DE etc...
