Question about Sandberg Outdoor Solar Powerbank

Hello, When I connect my phone, it shows me that battery is charging in about one and a half hours, but after one minute the value changes to almost 3 hours.... Even if I use original cable from phone.... Powerbank is fully charged. What could be the problem?
