Hello together Is the dock also compatible with an ASUS ROG Strix G731GU? It's mainly about splitting the screens. Thank you

This docking station is problematic. The laptop reports all the time that the battery is only charging slowly and as soon as the screen goes into sleep mode, the docking station no longer recognises the second screen and the laptop has to be restarted. Sometimes it even takes several attempts until the docking station recognises the 2nd screen
I ordered it and returned it because it did not work even though it was compatible with my laptop.
ASUS ROG Strix G731GU does not have Thunderbolt 4.
SimPro Dock 2 main connection is Thunderbolt 4.
