Question about Datacolor Spyder X PRO

Hello Together I have a question. I work at home with 2 Asus PB279Q 4k IPS monitors (connected to Win 10 computer). . When I'm on the road, I use the Macbook Pro 16. As soon as I get home, I connect the Macbook to a monitor. Unfortunately, the colours, colour space, contrast etc. are completely different on the Macbook than on the monitors. This means that I always edit pictures differently. Is it possible to calibrate with the part on the Macbook and Win 10 or does the operating system have nothing to do with it?
