Hello Together I can use the 140 Hz I cannot set more than 60Hz.

You are probably using the wrong connection cable. For the Hz you need a display port cable (and of course a graphics card that supports display port).

Switch to Displayport. HDMI connection only manages 60HZ at this resolution.
