Question about Corsair RM650i
Hello people I have this PSU New since this weekend and rebuilt my PC. I7 8700, RTX 2070 etc. At first there was always a short circuit in my flat when I connected the power supply to the power and turned on the power button. Then I changed something on the power supply and it worked. But now I occasionally have a short circuit again at this socket where I also connect other devices. Is that because of this powerful power supply? Or is there something wrong with my electricity in the flat? I'm afraid it could cause damage. LG

So it's been working perfectly for me for years.
Either:
1. power supply unit is broken
2. you did a lot of dangerous things wrong when you installed it (I imagine this is difficult)
3. your house installation has a problem
Try with only MB and a minimum of additional devices and then add more and more, this at least gives an indication if the number of devices (e.g. Graka) could be a problem.

I agree, with one addition: It's best to test the whole thing outside the enclosure ...once had a customer who simply screwed in all the MB spacers, which then nicely bridged a few contacts on the bottom of the board ;)
