Question about Corsair value select

Hello, I've bought this product twice to complete my 16 gb of ram. Apparently when I add the newest one, I get a Blue screen of death. However, when I remove one of them, the problem goes away. Do anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Actually, I think the actually problem comes from one of the ram stick. And to answer your question, the motherboard only have 2 slots. When I tried to install one of them to see if it works then swap it with the other one. As I thought, one of them gave me BSOD.

Did you check the motherboard manual to make sure it supports 16Gb?

What's your hardware and your motherboard ? Do you put them in the correct slots for dual channel ? Like slot 2/4 or 1/3 ?
