The powerbank is good in my opinion, it provides a full charge for my Lenovo laptop.
Otherwise, I don't understand the question. How should another customer know if the product is in stock in St. Gallen?

I would advise you not to look for another powerbank. I had to send mine in because it no longer charged. I got a new one with the same problem.
