TP-Link TL-PA7017P KIT(CH) Gigabit Powerline Adapter with socket outlet
1000 Mbit/s
Hello. Is the 1000 Mbit limit only for Wi-fi, or also for ethernet? In other words, if I connect with ethernet, does it go to 1000 Mbit max speed? Thank you

The 1000 Mbps limit for the TL-PA7017P KIT is not just for Wi-Fi, but it applies to the powerline connection itself, which includes both the powerline link and the Ethernet port.
When using the Ethernet port on the TL-PA7017P KIT, the maximum data transfer rate is still up to 1000 Mbps, as the Gigabit Ethernet port supports this speed. However, the actual speed achieved can be influenced by various factors such as the quality of the electrical wiring, interference from other devices, and the overall network conditions.
In ideal conditions, connecting a device via the Gigabit Ethernet port should allow for data transfer rates of up to 1000 Mbps, but real-world speeds may vary based on the specific environment.
