ASUS ROG Strix LC 360 RGB
Hello, I recently cobbled together a new computing machine with this ASUS ROG LC 360 RGB cooling solution & am now, with my manual fan setting, actually very satisfied. The original or standard fan setting was clearly too loud for me, despite the well-insulated BeQuiet! Dark Base Pro 900 Rev.2 case, which is why I can't understand why anyone here has already judged it to be very quiet. Various testers & myself see it differently, at least as far as the "preset" is concerned. But be that as it may, among us individualists, everyone has a different "pain threshold", which brings me to my question... How hot can the radiator get? With my current settings, the computer really stays almost silent for a very long time & under load, the temperature has not yet risen above 68°C, which really speaks for the cooling performance [...with AMD Ryzen9~5900X], but the radiator does get very hot! With the front door open & the associated drastically improved airflow, the problem is non-existent. I'm now thinking about perforating the case lid that sits above the radiator & covers it completely except for two narrow ventilation slots at its end so that the heat can escape upwards better. Is there anything that speaks against this & that I'm completely overlooking? ...other advice, recommendations are also welcome! LG Chris...
so i noticed with me that with ebpic games the air gets faster for a short time and when i start fifa and when i do updates but otherwise in general it is constantly quiet but what i imagine is that you have the lufter at the temarature fluctuating at 60 and 70 and then the air gets faster and slower again so for me it's like this and I have the air on the other side with the air out so the cool air goes in and on top the cold air also goes in the case and yes for me it's a I 9 9900k and I have it boosted to 4.97 boosted
