Hello, I opened my power supply today (ordered on December 19th) and I see that the plug is a German plug... I have to say that I'm not sure why it's a Swiss site. I don't see why, since it's a Swiss site. Is this normal...?
Hello, this is often the case. Ask for an adapter or a new plug from the service department. They usually send it to you free of charge. I've already had to do this two or three times.
