To play pictures or videos from the Insta360 X3 on the Meta Quest 3 without using a computer, there is no direct support for micro SD cards. The Quest 3 does not have a micro SD card slot, so you will need to transfer the files to the device via the internet or a computer. Alternatively, you could store the files on a cloud storage service and retrieve them via a corresponding app on the Quest 3, if such an app is available.
