Hello everyone I have a stupid question. My P30 has a kind of bubble on the edge of the display (without having been dropped beforehand). Now I am unsure whether the P30 was delivered with an armoured glass protective film and whether this has a defect. Does anyone know for sure if there is a protective film on the display? My wife and I thought from the beginning that there was some kind of folio (front cam nicely bordered) on the phone. Thank you for answering this somewhat naive question. However, I don't want to pull off a "protective film" which doesn't exist. ;)
My Huawei had a protective film, but the thing slipped out of my trousers, landed on a stone and left a hole right by the fingerprint sensor, so that it could no longer be unlocked. Then I bought an armoured glass film for €30 and fitted it, with the result that the fingerprint sensor no longer worked because the film was too thick. Now I have an unsightly cover that protects the sensitive glass. You would have to see if there is a thin foil. But bulletproof glass is definitely too thick most of the time.
It's exactly right, it has an original film on the display. But it is more packaging than a real protective film. You can see a slight edge on the outside and it peels off very well. I have also replaced the film with a protective film. I know the problem with the fingerprint reader, it often doesn't work the first time.
