Question about Infocus IN114xa

Hello all We have had the beamer for about 1 year now and it seems to have given up the ghost. The ventilation works and when you try to switch it on, something happens, but no picture appears. The little light next to the light bulb symbol is on continuously and the one next to the 'off/on' sign is flashing. Does anyone know what the problem could be? We would be very grateful for any hints. LG & thanks in advance
