Have MacBook Pro model A1502, why can't I just put 2 x 16GB in there?

Unfortunately, not even the chipset of the current MacBookPro can handle more than 16GB RAM. With this old Mac, 2*8GB will probably work. The best way to do this is to look at what's available at RAM finders like https://www.kingston.com/de... or https://eshop.macsales.com/shop... and then buy it at Digitec.
