Has anyone ordered the Google Pixel 2 XL with a contract? I would like to know how long the waiting time is until you receive the device.

Why don't you write to the customer service, they will be able to tell you quite precisely when you will get YOUR device ;-)
I had to wait about 1.5 weeks, with prepayment and collection from the shop.
