Question about Sharkoon Skiller SGS2

Good day I have had this chair for 3 years now and now the problem has arisen that the chair goes down by itself over time. I assume that the gas spring is slowly giving up the ghost. Is there a way to replace it and if so, which gas springs are recommended for this chair? Thank you very much for your feedback. Greetings
