Good day Can I upgrade this device with an additional 16 GB RAM to get a total of 24 GB RAM? Does that work? If so, which product from your range can you recommend?

I always recommend using identical RAM modules of the same size so that the memory can be operated in dual channel mode. So it is better to use another 8GB for a total of 16GB. Or directly 2x 16GB for 32GB total.

PS: To find out which RAM module is compatible with the built-in memory, it is best to open the laptop and tell us the name of the built-in module.
