Good day. Is this docking station compatible with my ThinkPad T490s with USB-C 3.0? Thanks in advance

I have this docking station connected to a C940 via USB-C 3.0. I was told it probably works with the T940s. However, when I need audio, I have to connect the cradle with the standard USB cable. The station can't pass audio with the USB-C cable.
