What do you mean?

I use it to cool an intel i5 8700k and have a constant temperature of under 35 degrees in idle and when I'm playing I usually never go above 40-50 degrees.
this is just the watercooling for your processor which you have to buy separately.
keep in mind that for this cooling you need space for the radiator (the two fans) on the side or on the bottom/lid.
