Does this drone have CE certification and classification? (If no, what happens if I fly it in Switzerland anyway and get caught by the police, but I have registered the drone and have the A1/A3 drone licence?) Thanks for your answer

Helpful answer

Nothing until 31.12.2023. Because until then you can fly them in the open cat. within the framework of A1/A3 competence certificate. A CE is available, but no C-classification. Maybe this will be classified later. You should not forget to put your UAS operator ID on the drone.
on the drone. Then no Poli should be allowed to complain. From 1.1.24, if it has not received a C-class, you can also fly it, simply according to A3 with 150m distance to buildings, houses and uninvolved persons. I.e. somewhere in the club as a sport drone or where rabbits say good night to each other ... where it can be assumed that probably no uninvolved persons, ... will be flown over. It's really fun and fast, but loud. Personally, I would wait with the purchase, namely aim for drones that have received a C-classification. E.g. DJI Mavic 3 Pro. For these, however, the software update is available in Switzerland, but the C-classification upgrade option is not yet offered!
