No, as Fabi.frehner has already answered, the GraKa is too long. AiO must be mounted in the front because there is too little space at the top. Therefore even less space for the GraKa. Alternative model would be a 2070s from EVGA, is very recommendable. Very quiet, good overclockability and in a suitable size in this setup. :)

No, the GPU is too long. It is only allowed to be 30cm long and only if you put the AiO on top, but there it does not really have any space depending on the MB.
